How do I book an appointment?

If you are a new patient

New patients can submit a web inquiry (found at www.clarityhealthburlington.ca) or can call the office at 905-631-5353 and follow the voicemail prompts. New patient calls take approximately 15 minutes to discuss your needs, pair you with the right practitioner and review our office processes. Our intake process has been developed with the success of new patients in mind. We want you to acheive all of your health goals! It starts with your very first contact with the office.

If you are a returning patient

Returning patients can call the office and follow the voicemail prompts or book with an online link provided to you by your doctor or by the staff team. Our schedule is a live and ever-changing calendar and consequently, we can't secure appointments over email or voicemail.

If you need to change or reschedule an appointment, please call the office to speak to a team member between the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday.
