How do I reschedule an appointment?
Rescheduling your appointment can be completed by calling the office. Here are some considerations before you reschedule. The single greatest barrier to patients acheiving their health goals is their ability to maintain their appointment schedule and the momentum of their plan. If any of these reasons are why you are considering rescheduling, we'd recommend you keep your appointment.
- You didn't complete your lab work yet or tests are pending.
- You felt like you didn't comply to your previous recommendations or are having a hard time prioritizing your plan.
- You are disappointed in yourself and don't want to talk to anyone about it.
- You are deprioritizing your health because you are feeling busy and overwhelmed.
Reasons to reschedule that do not interrupt patient care or momentum:
- Do you have a conflict with the appointment time but are able to reschedule within 1 week of your original date.
If rescheduling is necessary you can reschedule in two ways:
- Call the office and we'll be happy to help you find an alternative time. Cancellations and rescheduling cannot be completed via email.
- Use the online booking link for your doctor. Note that Dr. Jordan Robertson's schedule is not available online and appointments must be changed with a phone call.
