Where do I find my lab results?

When your lab results are received by the office, they will be uploaded into your patient portal for you to view in the documents section:

If you do not see any lab tests in your portal, but have gone for your lab tests, they have not yet arrived to the office. Some tests can take upwards of 3 weeks to receive results. Please do not call the office about your pending lab results. We will upload them when we receive them. We promise!

If you have requested lab tests be sent from your doctor to our office, we will also upload them when we receive them. This can be an unreliable process as many doctors offices do not release lab work, even when requested by the patient. The most secure way to ensure your ND has your other medical records is for you to obtain copies yourself, and upload them into your patient portal.
