How do I log into my virtual appointment?
If you have chosen a virtual appointment, the link to your appointment will be sent the morning of or day before your appointment. If you need to switch your in-person appointment to virtual, please notify the team so they can send you the appropriate link.
The Outsmart EMR system does work on mobile devices as well as your desktop computer. Follow the instructions found in the emails sent from the system to log into your appointment. Choose "continue in browser" when using your mobile device.
