I can't see my lab results on my Lifelabs or Dynacare portal
This is a very common question!
Many lab companies have created patient facing portals that are available under the OHIP funded system. Lifelabs, Hospital portals and Dynacare all have patient facing portals for you to see your lab work on your own.
When you choose to do lab work with Clarity, they will not be uploaded to this public portal. Your lab work will come directly to our office and we will upload it into your patient portal on Outsmart. You can log in to your Outsmart account and see your lab work there.
If you have had your blood drawn, you do not need to reach out to the office to see if we have received your results. They will be uploaded when the results are final. Some lab tests can take up to 3 weeks to receive the results. We typically do not upload partial lab results.
