Where do I get my invoice?
Invoices are sent out at the end of the business day. They will be sent to your email associated with your account. The PDF of your invoice is in the email. Here is how to access it:
- click on the blue "review and pay" box to go into the invoice
- click on the "view invoice and more info" line above where it shows "paid"
- click on "view invoice" to download it and save to submit to your insurance.
If you cannot find your invoice, try searching your email for the words "Quickbooks" or "Invoice from Clarity Health".
Invoices can only be sent to the email associated with your account. If you need to change the email associated with your account, let the team know and we'll update your profile for your invoices going forward.
